We produced an "About Us" video for Cedar Valley Steel, one of the companies under Beams, a shared services group. The shoot took place on a live job site, where their Link-Belt crawler crane gave us scale and movement, but the real story was about the people and the company’s direction.
This wasn’t a hiring piece. It was about identity. Cedar Valley Steel wanted to show where they are headed, who is building it, and the values driving that momentum.
The voice of the video comes from leadership and speaking clearly . He talks about growth, opportunity, and a future shaped by the employees, not handed down, but built together.
We matched that tone visually. Tight handheld, clean drone passes, and real job-site activity, nothing staged. The final edit is under two minutes, built to live on their website and introduce the company with clarity and purpose.
