GoDaddy’s Business Accelerator Program asked us to produce a video highlighting Empower Iowa, their initiative supporting small businesses across the state. The goal was straightforward: show the impact of the program through the voices of real entrepreneurs and the communities they serve. They wanted proof that resources, mentorship, and digital tools make a measurable difference.

We built the video around authentic stories. Instead of heavy narration, we let business owners carry the narrative, framing their struggles and growth with clean visuals and grounded pacing. 

We shot in real workspaces: cafés, workshops, storefronts, to keep the focus on people where they thrive. Interviews were paired with direct b-roll of day-to-day operations, showing progress without overselling it.

The result is a piece that feels honest and accessible. No polish for its own sake. Just clear storytelling that shows how Empower Iowa is helping businesses not only survive but scale. It delivers credibility, not promotion.
